A walk in, free clinic is coming to Whitewater on Saturday, April 22 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Look for signs and the mobile station set up in the Central Office/Middle School parking lot. Along with what is listed that is offered by the clinic, free SPORTS PHYSICALS will also be provided. Paperwork must be filled out prior to the 15 minute physical. 1st come, 1st served. Students are responsible to return the complete sports physical form to Mrs. Cushman. Sports physical are good for 2 school years.
